Description

Up for bid is the lower unit I took off of a 40hp or 50hp Evinrude outboard motor years ago. Look at the pictures and ask questions. Skagg is straight and there is no water pump housing. Due your due diligence and research and make sure this is the exact part for your application prior to placing a bid. I am cleaning house and liquidating a lot of stuff. Everything turns real easy and she shifts fine. When I took out the bottom screw to check the oil it was really nice not dirty and no signs of water.
Due to the time it has been sitting I would definitely consider checking and or replacing the seals before I put it on my motor. It will also need a water pump. Check out my feedback it speaks for itself. Thanks for looking and good luck!
I have had this lower unit in my shop underneath a shelving rack for aprox 2 years and not sure how long I have actually had. Memory fading a bit lol . Oil is clean and everything turns free and she shifts fine. I have not gone inside of this or done anything to it at all.
