    Up for consideration, I have a lower unit removed from a late 1990s/early 2000s Yamaha 250 HP OX66 Outboard. The lower unit is in very nice used condition. It shifts well and the gear oil was clean. This was moved from an engine with a 30" midsection (XXL Shaft). Please be sure this is the correct shaft size for your engine prior to purchase. I beleive this will work with 225/250 HP Yamahas across a wide range of years. OIL IS DRAINED FOR SHIPPING, PLEASE ENSURE OIL IS FULL PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
